Will tickets be available at the gate for Vineyard Live?
Yes, as long as the event is not sold out in advance. Our tickets are limited for this event and we recommend pre-purchasing your tickets because it may sell out quickly.
Do my children need a ticket?
Yes, children 2 and over will need their own ticket for Vineyard Live. Children 23 months and younger will be free.
What time will the gates open?
The parking gates and gates to the concert will open at 5pm.
Is there a Will Call for tickets?
No, tickets will be delivered via email. You may print your ticket or have it scanned from your phone. Each ticket will only scan once. DO NOT duplicate or distribute your ticket to anyone else.
What forms of payment will be accepted at Vineyard Live at New Kent Winery?
Cash, VISA and Mastercard will be accepted forms of payment.
Can we tailgate in the parking lot before the concert?
No tailgating is allowed and no outside food or beverages will be allowed through the gates.
What if it rains? Can I get a refund?
Vineyard Live will go on as scheduled in rain or shine. There will be no refunds issued.
Is parking available on-site at Vineyard Live?
Yes, parking is available close to the concert for a $5 fee. Please follow the parking signs when you arrive to New Kent Winery. We will also have a location for those who arrive via Uber, Lyft, etc. to be dropped off.
What does lawn seating mean? Can I bring a chair or blanket to sit on?
Lawn seating is for our General Admission tickets. You may bring a folding chair or blanket for this event. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items at the event.
Can I bring an umbrella?
Small, collapsible umbrellas are allowed. No large size golf or beach umbrellas will be permitted. We reserve the right to ask users to remove their umbrella if it is affecting other guest's experiences.
Are there restrictions on what can be brought in to Vineyard Live at New Kent Winery?
Yes. You may not bring in any outside food or beverages. No coolers or baskets will be allowed. We reserve the right to check all purses, backpacks and bags. Pets are not allowed.
What is the Vineyard Live at New Kent Winery Zero Tolerance Policy?
Vineyard Live at New Kent Winery has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for weapons, illegal drugs, drug use, outside alcohol, and underage drinking.
Weapons policy: Those in possession of any weapons or firearms, legal or illegal, will be denied admission to the concert as well as be asked to take all weapons or firearms back to their vehicles. Those found violating any of these rules will be escorted from the event with no refund. There is no exception.
Drug Use Policy: Any guest found possessing or using illegal drugs on any of our property (including parking areas) will be turned over to the proper legal authority and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. There is no exception.
Alcohol and Underage Drinking Policy: No outside alcohol is allowed onto our property. We will also not tolerate any underage drinking on any of our properties, including parking areas. Any guest found violating this policy will be turned over to the proper legal authority and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. There is no exception.
