Our Outside Beverage Policy: In order to insure compliance with Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Laws, the New Kent Winery does not allow outside beverages or containers of any kind. All beverages, including non-alcoholic options are available for purchase.
Outside Food Policy: Because we serve food, we do not allow any outside food or picnic baskets to be brought in.
Our Dog Policy: New Kent Winery welcomes your dog on a leash on our porches, patios, and grounds. Dogs are not permitted in our tasting room, in compliance with Virginia Health Department Regulations. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed during our Vineyard Live concert series or special after-hours events.
Smoking/Vaping Policy: Our facility is 100 percent smoke and vape free. Thank you for your cooperation.

Wine Club Members, join us unique tapas and wine pairing for our Wine Club members on Saturday, February 22, 2025, beginning at 6:00pm in the Wine Cellar Barrel Room. We will be offering four specially made Tapas appetizers paired with four New Kent Winery wines chosen and presented by Jo Anna and Joe. These guided pairings promise to make the evening an enjoyable experience of food and fun!
The pairings will be $25 for a Wine Club Member and $25 for your guest if you chose to bring one. Spend a special evening in our Wine Cellar & Tap Room on Friday, February 14, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. Celebrate love in a place where wine enthusiasts and beer lovers come together, surrounded by great company, delicious food, and the perfect pour.
The evening begins with a warm cup of soup, leading into a main course featuring crab cakes, quinoa, and green bean almondine. A vegan and vegetarian option centered around quinoa will also be available. To finish, indulge in a flourless chocolate torte topped with Jo Anna’s fresh strawberries, made with Sweet Virginia and served with whipped cream. Relax and unwind as Tom Winecoff provides live music throughout the evening.
Tickets are $50 each and include dinner, dessert, and your choice of one glass of New Kent Winery wine or Talleysville Brewing Company beer. Additional wine and beer will be available for purchase.

Multiple instructors from Salsa Connection Dance Company will come out to instruct our guests on the proper salsa moves and form. Following the instruction, you will have the chance to dance your heart out and enjoy great wine and beer, along with great food! All visitors will be able to get in on the fun and take part in the instruction or just sit back and enjoy the show. Guests must be 18 or older to attend and 21 or older to enjoy the wine and beer. You will not need to bring a physical ticket to this event. However, you will need to be able to show your confirmation email as well as an ID. We look forward to seeing you!
