Our Beers

Crafting quality brews in the Commonwealth, with only the finest farm ingredients.

All beer is brewed on site in the Production Hall at Talleysville Brewing Company.

 

Broken Post Pilsner

A pleasantly crisp European-style pilsner, with a malty sweetness and subtle hop finish. Pairs well with seafood, salads, and salty potato chips.

4.9% ABV | 15 IBU

Trellis Post Tripel

This classic take on a Belgian Tripel has notes of honeycomb and dried papaya. A big ale, fermented on Abbaye Belgian Style Ale Yeast, finishes slightly acidic, with a hint of pepper.

9.4% ABV | 7 IBU

Old Church Vienna Lager

A take on the classic, originally brewed in Vienna, Austria. Copper colored, malty, toasted and slightly sweet, with a light hop bitterness.

5.7% ABV | 18 IBU


Double Cut IPA

Double Cut went and got a makeover. This IPA was double dry hopped with Galaxy and El Dorado Hops. This blend brings flavors of pineapple, stone fruit, and orange. Enjoy as a sipper, but definitely crushable.

7.2% ABV | 30 IBU

Nellie’s Irish Red

Deep amber colored ale, fermented on Irish Ale Yeast. A savory, sweet aroma of biscuit and caramel paired with sweet and malty flavors make for a refreshing and clean taste.

5.1% ABV | 15 IBU

Harvester Hefeweizen on Raspberry

Organic raspberry paired with our classic Harvester Hefeweizen. A sweet and refreshing libation for any season.

5.3% ABV | 8 IBU


West Coast Freshie

Let's take a trip back to before the time of hazies. What kind of IPA did you drink then? In steps the West Coast Freshie. A traditional west coast IPA made with Centennial and Cascade hops and a west coast yeast strain. Notes of resin, pine, and citrus.

6.8% ABV | 58 IBU

Piwo Grodziskie

Pale in color, with a spirited effervescence, Grodziskie is the specialty beer of its namesake town in Poland. This 100% smoked wheat beer features light, citrus-like overtones with with a surprising glimmer of spice and smoke.

3.8% ABV | 17 IBU

Harvester Hefeweizen

A classic wheat beer with notes or banana & clove. This ale was fermented on Munich Classic yeast. A Bavarian wheat beer strain selected from the Doemens Academy Culture Collection in Germany.

5.1% ABV | 8 IBU


Mango Pineapple Sour

Super sour, with plentiful amounts of organic mango and pineapple purée thrown into the mix during fermentation. This brew explodes with juicy, fruity flavors for warm weather ahead.

6.3% ABV | 4 IBU

Cerveza con Limón y Sal

Mexican Lager with organic lime and sea salt.

5.5% ABV | 15IBU

Pineapple Coconut Sour

This is definitely not a Piña Colada! Organic pineapple & coconut fill this brew with flavor. A sour finish tingles the tastebuds. Tropically delicious and refreshingly tart, perfect for summertime. * (contains lactose).
