New Kent Winery and Talleysville Brewing Company is a one-of-a-kind Virginia winery and brewery located just a mile and a half off Interstate 64 between Richmond and Williamsburg in the gorgeous Viniterra area of New Kent County, Virginia. 

Job Description:

New Kent Winery at Dombroski Vineyards is seeking Part-Time Bussers/Dishwashers to help us keep our tasting room and kitchen areas clean and tidy for guests.

Key Responsibilities: 

●  Bus tables and bars to collect dirty glassware, dishes and utensils

●  Wash tables and seats after each customer use

●  Scrape, rinse, and load glassware, dishes and utensils into sanitizer

●  Wash and sanitize all cookware, glassware, dishes and utensils

●  Clean, sanitize, and maintain machine

●  Unload glassware, dishes and utensils from machine

●  Organize and restock clean glassware, dishes and utensils as needed

●  Empty trash containers regularly

●  Help maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed

●  Perform additional cleaning duties as requested

●  Clean food prep stations and equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:

●  Restaurant or customer service experience preferred

●  Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8 hour shift

●  Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

●  Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly

●  Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

●  Working knowledge of sanitation procedures

●  Ability to read, write, and speak in English

●  Must have reliable transportation
