What will happen in the event of inclement weather?

The concert will happen rain or shine. In the event of thunder or lightning, we will pause the show until the weather passes.

What can I expect from the VIP experience?

VIP ticketholders will get early (4:30pm) entry, reserved seating on our tented patio and covered porch, exclusive access to the indoor Tasting Room wine, beer and kitchen menu food sales, access to VIP restrooms, and an exclusive chance to meet the artists before the show. VIP ticketholders are encouraged to bring their own chair or blanket if they wish to move from VIP seating to sit in the General Admission area.

Can we bring chairs, blankets or tents?

Personal tents and canopies are not allowed for this event. We will have a few hundred seats available on a first-come-first-served basis, but we recommend bringing your own chairs or blankets.  

Is there parking on site for the concert?

Yes, free parking is available. Please follow the signage when you arrive at the New Kent Winery entrance.

What time does the music start?

The winery will close at 4pm to prepare for the concert. Parking and gates for VIP ticketholders will open at 4:30pm. General Admission gates will open at 5:30pm and the show will start at 6:30pm.

Will there be an artist meet-and-greet?

VIP ticketholders will have an exclusive chance to meet the artists before the show. In addition, General Admission ticketholders may be able to meet the artists at the merchandise tables that will be set up for the show.

Can we bring our own water or food?

Outside water and food is not allowed at New Kent Winery. Three free water stations will be available around the site, and bottled water will also be available for purchase at the outdoor bar. A variety of great food options will be available for purchase from the 5 food trucks who will be on site. We’ll also have a limited menu available in the Tasting Room exclusively for VIP ticketholders.

Can I bring a cooler?

No coolers are allowed.

Can we take purchased wine, beer or water into the concert area?

Yes! We will be selling wine by the bottle or glass, along with beer by 12-ounce cup and pitcher at our outdoor bars which are located adjacent to the concert area. VIP guests can also purchase drinks from our indoor Tasting Room bar. Drinks purchased at any of our bar locations can be taken into the concert area.

Can we bring pets?

No. While we love having your furry friends during normal hours, please refrain from bringing pets of any kind to the Cannon Country Fest concert.

Can we bring kids?

Children are welcome but everyone, including children, need to be a ticketholder. We just ask that you keep your children under adult supervision at all times.

Are physical tickets provided? Where can I buy extra tickets?

Tickets are only available through our website or at the gate the day of the concert while supplies last, and your ID is your ticket. Everyone needs to purchase a ticket to enter. Do not try to buy tickets from outside sources or people commenting on social posts claiming to have some for sale. We only sell tickets through our website and they are non-transferable. You will not be able to get legitimate tickets from anywhere else.
