Join us for Food and Wine Pairings with a special twist this Sunday! We will be featuring local farms and ingredients in our Farm to Table Pairings and pairing four dishes each with a New Kent Winery wine.
Our in-house chef will prepare and serve the pairings in our private Barrel Room. A preview of the menu can be found below:
Radicchio & Manchego Salad
Charred Radicchio and sliced red onions tossed in balsamic honey vinaigrette,
topped with shaved Manchego cheese.
Goat Cheese Quick Bread
A very popular in France and known as cake sales or savory cakes is packed with
Kalamata olives, goat cheese and bacon with a hint of cayenne.
Chicken & Wild Rice Soup
This superlative soup is made with a sautéed mirepoix, roasted chicken
and a wild rice blend finished with heavy cream to give it that rich creamy finish.
Grilled Sausage & Nectarines
Savory sausage and sweet nectarines grilled together and topped with pickled chilis and onions.
To avoid missing out, you can pre-purchase your pairing at the link below! The pairings will be offered from noon to 4pm on a first come, first served basis. Pre-purchasing is recommended but if we are not sold out, walk-ins will be welcome!
