Summer Activities Around RVA

Flowers After Five at Lewis Ginter
Every Thursday June to September | 5pm - 9pm
Sip some wine and explore the stunning gardens as the sun sets! This is one of our favorite stops during the summer and is a great way to unwind as the week comes to an end.
Richmond Bacon Festival
Saturday, June 23rd | 11am - 4pm
Bacon lovers rejoice! Here you can find bacon mac and cheese, bacon wrapped hot dogs, bacon cheese fries and even bacon ice cream. Are you drooling yet?
Hanover Tomato Festival
Saturday, July 14th | 9am - 4pm
Live music, tomatoes, and agricultural vendors all just around the corner in Mechanicsville, VA!
Vineyard Live at New Kent Winery
Friday, July 27th | 6pm - 10pm
Have you ever attended a country concert among vineyards? We didn't think so, that's why we are bringing you one this July! Eric Paslay, Danielle Bradbery, wine, beer, and tons of food vendors..does it get much better than that?
Richmond Jazz Fest
Friday August 9th - Sunday, August 12th
A whole weekend full of jazz music at Maymont. You can buy a ticket for just one day or get the weekend pass and keep coming back!
Carytown Watermelon Festival
Sunday, August 12th | 10am - 6pm
A quintessential summertime food - watermelon - paired with live music, jugglers, folk acts and many summer treats. This is one you won't want to miss!
