Valentine's Day Dinner by Chef Joe DeFazio - 2/14/17

We are hosting a special Valentine's Day Dinner on Tuesday, February 14, catered by Chef Joe DeFazio. The cost is $150 per couple ($75 per person). Space is limited to 30 couples. Wine & Barrel Club members receive $10 off per couple. Guests can choose one of the three main entrees below (fish, pork loin or a vegetarian option). The menu will feature your choice of one main entree:

DeFazio's Original- Italian stuffed pork loin (spinach, garlic, pine nuts, asparagus, red pepper, fresh mozzarella and rosemary) deliciously stuffed inside a perfectly roasted pork loin with a cordon of plumb demi

Roasted Salmon- Fried leeks, capers, and Italian parsley with a reduced lemon cream

Vegetarian option- Baby eggplant stuffed with fresh herbs and Mediterranean grains

All entrees served with: 

Arugula Salad shaved with Parmesan Regiano cheese, dried craisins, and white balsamic vinaigrette dressing
